Community Engagement

Coorong District Council, in accordance with its Community Engagement Policy is seeking community input into the Code of Practice Access to Council & Committee Meetings.

Council has a legislative responsibility to review its Code of Practice every four years. The review enables the Council to understand if the Code is easily understood and supports access to and participation by the community in meetings.

Complete the submission form to respond to specific questions about the Code of Practice and to provide your feedback/general comment. Submissions must include the name and residential address of the respondent, and will be included in a report to Council which will be publicly available. Note - if no material feedback is received, the Code will be considered adopted.

One to One Discussion with a staff member
Between 1.00pm-3.00pm on Wednesday 13 February 2019 and Wednesday 20 February 2019 attend the Coorong Civic Centre, Tailem Bend to provide your feedback and/or discuss the Code of Practice – Access to Meetings & Documents with Nat Traeger.

All submissions must be received by 5.00pm, Friday 15 March 2019.
