SA's very first Disc Golf Park The DiscGolf Park is located at Lake Indawarra, Kings Rd, Tintinara on the main Dukes Highway linking Adelaide to Melbourne. In May 2016, the Coorong District Council and its OPAL team launched the first Disc Golf Course in South Australia, at Tintinara. The course is located next to the beautiful Lake Indawarra and is surrounded by magnificent shady trees providing an ideal location for a family day out or a nice rest spot for travellers. Disc Golf is similar to traditional golf, instead of striking a ball with a club, players throw flying discs from the designated tee to a chained basket with trees, shrubs and terrain around fairways to provide challenging obstacles. This FREE recreational facility offers a nine-hole course with 18 tee off points catering for both beginners and more advanced players and is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Discs and score cards are available from Heart of the Parks, Dukes Hwy, Tintinara during opening hours. Alternatively you can purchase your very own set online from www.frisbeeshop.com.au.Disc Golf Information
