Wattle Street Upgrade Project
Project Summary
The Wattle Street project will see the road upgraded from its current unsealed state to a sealed residential street - including concrete kerbing, drainage, footpath and pram ramps installed.
Council has allocated funding through the Local Roads and Community Infrastructure Program (LRCIP) and the recently adopted Footpath Expansion Program to deliver the Wattle Street upgrade.
Project Construction
Project construction works will commence from Monday, 3 April 2023 and are anticipated to take four weeks to complete. During construction, Wattle Street will be closed to all traffic. All affected property owners have been notified of the construction works.
