Proposed Community Land Management Plan

Tailem Bend Oval and Surrounds, 73 Trevena Terrace, Tailem Bend

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 197 of the Local Government Act 1999, and in accordance with Coorong District Council’s Community Engagement Policy.

A new Community Land Management Plan (CLMP) has been developed for the Tailem Bend Oval and surrounds. The plan has been drafted to bring in the land identified as Whole of Certificate of Title Volume 5820 Folio 105 and part Certificate of Title Volume 5866 Folio 254, as Community Land to ensure the land is available for future community use.

The proposed Community Land Management Plan is available to view below or by visiting any Council office.

Written submissions addressed to the Chief Executive Officer are invited by 5:00pm, Thursday 15 October 2020 via email (council@coorong.sa.gov.au) or by post to PO Box 399, Tailem Bend SA 5260.
