Plant & Fleet Asset Management Plan
Coorong District Council adopted the 2022-2027 Plant & Fleet Asset Management Plan at its Ordinary meeting on 15 March 2022.
Plant and fleet play an important role in enabling Council to deliver services and provide infrastructure for the community. To achieve this, Council aims to ensure its plant and fleet is managed in a manner that is fit for purpose, aligned to the operational delivery model, is adaptable, safe and financially responsible.
The intent of the 2022-27 Plant & Fleet Asset Management Plan is to provide for the responsive management of plant and fleet assets through effective processes, aligned to safety, efficiency and regulatory requirements.
