Street Traders & Mobile Food Vans
Following the introduction of the Local Government (Mobile Food Vendors) Amendment Bill 2017, there are now new rules relating to where Mobile Food Vendors are able to trade in our Council area. Council’s Street Traders and Mobile Food Vans Policy has now been updated and a guideline has been developed to assist street traders and food vendors with their application which can both be found below.

Please note that these changes are applicable for the Mobile Food Vendors. Rules relating to street traders such as operating stalls on footpath remain unchanged from the previous Policy which are reflected in the current Policy.
