Annual Business Plan
2023-24 Annual Business Plan & Budget
The Annual Business Plan is Council's statement of its intended outcomes for the ensuing financial year. It links the Council's longer term planning as set out in its strategic management plans (including the 2021-2025 Community Vision Plan), with the allocation of resources in its budget. The Plan also establishes the basis for review of the Council's performance over the financial year.
