Waste Transfer Stations
Coorong District Council operates four waste transfer stations throughout the Council area for rural residents.
The facilities are open every week on the nominated days below (excepting public holidays and when Council's hot weather policy requires closure of the sites - this includes Total Fire Ban days as declared by the CFS).
Please be advised that all waste transfer stations will be open on Easter Sunday, 31 March 2024.

| Meningie Waste Transfer Station (Yarindale Road – 1 km south-east of Meningie post office) | Wednesday and Sunday | 10:30am - 3:00pm (4.5hrs) |
Please note that EFTPOS facilities are now available at all Council Waste Transfer Stations.
