Animal Management Plan
Section 26A of the Dog and Cat Management Act 1995 requires South Australian councils to create an Animal Management Plan, and review and update the plan at five-yearly intervals.
Following a review of the plan and a period of community engagement in 2023, the 2024 - 2029 Animal Management Plan was adopted by Council on 17 October 2023 and submitted to the Dog & Cat Management Board for final approval.
