Coorong Asset Management Strategy & Plans
Coorong District Council acknowledges the need for a structured asset management framework to develop, consolidate and improve its asset management practices. The asset management system comprises a combination of organisational functions, which includes people, processes, information, and tools necessary to manage and deliver best practice and contemporary management of Council asset and infrastructure portfolio.

Coorong Asset Management Strategy
The Coorong Asset Management Strategy provides a 10-year action plan to deliver on the principles of the Asset Management Policy. It specifies asset management objectives and articulates how we will achieve these objectives.
2023-33 Coorong Asset Management Strategy
The following Coorong Asset Management Strategy Bridging Document outlines the overarching pathway for the Council's progression in the asset realm, with respective individual Asset Management Plans (AMPs) currently in the process of being revised.
The bridging document (refer page 7) displays the stepped approach of capital renewal expenditure for these asset classes which align with the adopted 2024/25 - 2033/34 Long Term Financial Plan.
