Proposed Amended Community Land Management Plan

Old Council Chambers, 14 Princes Highway, Meningie

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 197 of the Local Government Act 1999, and in accordance with Coorong District Council’s Community Engagement Policy.

An amended Community Land Management Plan (CLMP) has been developed for the Old Council Chambers Meningie. The plan has been drafted including land identified as Whole of Certificate of Title Volume 5807 Folio 245 and  Crown Record Volume 5754 Folio 491, as Community Land.

The proposed amended Community Land Management Plan is available to view below or by visiting any Council office.

Written submissions addressed to the Chief Executive Officer are invited by 5:00pm, Thursday 22 October 2020 via email (council@coorong.sa.gov.au) or by post to PO Box 399, Tailem Bend SA 5260.
