Kerbside Collection Services: Residents can report missed bin collections by phoning Council on 1300 785 277 (who will facilitate transferring residents through to Solo Resource Recovery), or directly contacting Solo by phoning 08 8295 5077. As Council does not have access to Solo driver video evidence, Solo will assist residents directly and arrange a collection.
